Learn how to make the most of TaskPing
Create tasks from email
Put your TaskPing inbound address on an email—no need to open mail from this website. We only create tasks when the message reaches our inbound mailbox and the sender matches a registered TaskPing user (we verify the From address).
We do not list a public inbox on this page—to reduce spam and misuse. Your workspace’s TaskPing administrator sets the inbound address in Postmark; ask them which address to use in To or CC.

The address in the box is for demonstration only unless your site is configured with your real inbound address; your organisation sets the real address in Postmark/DNS. This page does not open your mail app, collect passwords, or process payments. Do not send credentials or sensitive secrets by email unless your IT team has approved the destination.
- Add your organisation’s TaskPing inbound address to To or CC. Your admin configures this in Postmark (inbound stream).
- Send from the same email address as your TaskPing account. Unknown senders cannot create tasks in your workspace.
- Subject and body are parsed by AI into tasks. Replies in the same thread add comments where possible—so Reply-all does not keep spawning duplicate tasks.
